For our business to be a success it is crucial for us to recruit, train and promote the right people. The Connaught Academy provides training and development to a range of people, from apprentices to managers.
We have training centres in Glasgow, Liverpool, Solihull and Caerphilly and also deliver to local colleges and places of work.

All Connaught employees benefit from a framework of training courses, which fit into 3 main categories:
- Trade-based skills training – making sure our employees are suitably qualified, whether they are learning a new trade or maintaining their certification
- Role-based skills training – providing additional, specific skills such as presentation skills, performance management and media training
- Management and leadership – skills for first time managers, development for current or future middle managers and excellence in leadership training for senior managers and directors
