DGHP team's moment of fame

Members of the Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership reactive maintenance team are going to be on the Home channel following their help on the series, Extreme Makeover, organised by the Ty’s Great British Adventure TV special.
They embarked on a mission to resurrect a music and arts festival in the town of Langholm to put the town back on the tourist map. After getting the community on board they embarked on transforming the historic Kiln Green and neglected castle grounds into a vibrant open air performance space.
Grant Fletcher, Mike Milligan, Gary Paul and Graeme Bell, all donated their time helping with joinery, plumbing, roofing and the sourcing of materials.
