Cleaning team receives praise for their high standards of cleanliness

Connaught Environmental’s cleaning team have received praise indeed from clients Riverside Housing, for their high standards of cleanliness throughout a sheltered housing facility.
The sheltered housing facility is managed by Riverside Housing, who work in partnership with Connaught Environmental to maintain the building.
The nature of the facility means that resident turnover is frequent and can require the team to react with little or no notice, yet performance has remained at a consistently high standard. Visitors and external health and safety assessors have all commented on how well kept the project is; testament to the hard work of the cleaning team Eileen Connolly, Irene Clements and Eileen Davis.
Their hard work has helped to create and sustain an excellent relationship with Riverside Housing Association, who state: “They are a team that we can trust, they work with us and they work hard. I couldn’t ask for any more than this.”
John McSherry, Regional Director for Connaught Environmental, said: “I would like to thank the staff for their hard work and commitment on this contract. The unit with Eileen, Irene and Eileen work is a supported housing building and as a result is a very challenging environment in which to work.
“Connaught took over this estate management contract with Riverside Housing on the 1st April 2008, and this is a fantastic achievement. We look forward to working with all Connaught and Riverside staff to improve the environment for all Riverside residents."
