Company structure
The plc Board is responsible to the shareholders to maximise the return on their investment. It includes non-executive directors who independently represent the shareholders to ensure the Board maintains appropriate corporate governance at all times.
Business units deal daily with our customers, suppliers, tenants and residents. All have full profit and loss responsibility, meaning they have to win contracts, ensure they are profitable, and keep customers happy.
Central Services are based in Exeter and include marketing, finance, IT, HR, insurance and health and safety.
