Premier Gas Safety Record
Your business must comply with Regulation 35. This Safety Record proves compliance.
Landlord’s Gas Safety Record
If you rent out a residential building you must have this Safety Record. Inspections must be carried out at least once a year and you must keep a copy of all paperwork for at least 2 years after every check.
Installations
We can help you design and install any natural gas, LPG or oil fired appliance at any location.
We can also help you comply with the PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations) by surveying installations and providing reports. As agents for many of the leading boiler manufacturers, we can provide you with a 2-year CarePlan Warranty on many appliances.
