e-Risk Manager is a real-time web-based management system to enable continual monitoring and measurement of your health and safety compliance. It offers automatic alerts for certification and legislative requirements, management reporting and storage of relevant documentation for reference and inspection purposes.

Responseline

Responseline is an information and advice service that can help on a wide range of health & safety and related issues - available either as a stand-alone service or as part of a wider risk management solution.

Reportline

Reportline is a simple, versatile and cost effective telephone and web based solution that major multi-site clients use for reporting and managing incidents and accidents in the workplace. Reportline provides a defence against legal compensation claims, showing a professional approach to reducing risk in the workplace, and delivers potential cost savings by replacing the accident books and improving the administration of accident and information reporting.
In addition to the above services Connaught also work in partnership with the Health and Safety Executive to provide the following services:

  • Infoline: the health and safety information centre, providing information to enquiries from businesses and the public.
  • Information Contact Centre: receives and processes all RIDDOR reportable accident in the UK.

Connaught holds the CCA Global Standard by the Customer Contact Association in 2009.
